•  This platform is fully owned by ReTech and is exclusive to users approved by ReTech.
• ReTech services to help users with all reinsurance needs that are compliant with Insurance Authority (IA).
• ReTech services are intended to simplify, and organize reinsurance deals without any deemed liability to be caused by any misuse, inaccurate information, or any external incident.
• ReTech do not differentiate between clients, but rather offer an independent opinion.
• All ReTech correspondence will be communicated in English and ReTech may use other languages if necessary.
• If user is a reinsurance broker, it’s strictly prohibited to use the platform unless approved by ReTech.
• ReTech reserve the right to sue any user to be using this platform illegally.
• User must provide accurate information when using this platform.
• If user’s input is incomplete or incorrect information, any consequence agreement might be void.
• All information and copyright contained on this platform must not be reproduced without ReTech consent.
• Any wrongful act to the platform shall consider criminal offence under the Saudi Anti-Cyber Crime Law.
• User agrees for not doing any action that may affects the integrity or security of this platform.
• User agrees for not causing any harm, damage or any unreasonable inconvenience to ReTech and other users.
• User shall not gather, extract, download, reproduce and/or display or advertise on any other platform any material on or from this platform.
• User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the access privilege provided by ReTech.
• If user breach any terms or conditions, ReTech may take any action as deemed appropriate against the user.
• User must not misuse the platform by introducing any materials which may harm the functionality of the platform.
• User must not attempt to gain any unauthorized access to the platform.
• ReTech will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by any material used due to illegal usage of the platform.
• User is responsible for ensuring all owned devices is sufficiently protected against any harmful material.
• User must upload accurate and complete information as requested by ReTech on the platform.
• User is responsible to ensure any entered information is accurate and complete and ReTech will have no liability.
• The ownership of the information provided by user to ReTech through the platform will remained owned by the user.
• ReTech has the right to use user’s information for the purpose of business use only.
• Any extended analysis to the information given shall remained owned by ReTech.
• User has no right to use any extended analysis by any means unless approved by ReTech.
• ReTech has the right to refuse or delete any information provided by the user without any prior notice.
• ReTech has the right to terminate or restrict or suspend access to user’s information without any prior notice.
• User is only allowed to access information contained on the platform for the agreed business use only.
• Any other use of the platform for third parties without ReTech prior approval is strictly prohibited.
• ReTech has the right at anytime to add or edit or delete any information provided by the user.
• Governing law and jurisdiction is the law of Saudi Arabia.
• Both cedant and risk carrier are obliged to provide ReTech with updated KYC and any supplemented documents in order to use this platform.
